Notes: The Laurina variety is extremely rare and interesting. The most unique characteristic is its naturally low caffeine content: roughly 30-50% the amount compared to other Arabica varieties. Because of the low caffeine and high sugar content, it is naturally sweet. It was originally found on the island of Bourbon (now Reunión), several hundred miles off the coast of Madagascar.
